Hi, On 29th Oct'2022, I took Uber on Rental for 6 Hours. And the total journey was around less than 60 Kms. But after completing/drop point at Airport my total bill comes to Rs. 6, 518/- . As per my previous experience, it should come around Rs.1, 200/- to Rs.1, 300/-. There was lot discussion happened with the Driver, but he has not agreed and saying that I need to pay as per display only, if there is any deviation, I should lodge a complaint in Uber and my amount will be reversed. Since I am missing my flight, at that time, without any choice, I paid fully and took my journey further. Now I want to approach the same with Uber, but I am not able to reach because they don't have Customer Care No. or email. Request you to provide the justice.
