Uber India — fraud uber partner

Hi my name is sagar vohra r/o vikas puri delhi. Recently i purchase a wagonr from my friend and tried to attach with uber but due to some lack of information about attqchment i found a guy outside uber office stating that he is fron uber partner and he will definitely attach my car with uber and asked for 3000 rupees. And i was not aware about how to attach a car so i aggreed and he take moneyfrom my self and didnt recieve any calls.
Uber is reputative compaby why peoples like this doing like this
My money is totally waste becahse of tgis person. His name is happy(amit saini) and i m also attaching the screenshots.
I will be very happy if you check and block this type of persons fron uber till then im not attaching cars with uber
