I placed an order #59f2a from a restaurant for a fish biryani and they deliver from a different order a different dish. I have the receipt which they gave and the picture of what i got. I raised a ticket through help section and they resolved it stating they will give feedback. You will not be able to open a ticket once resolved even when you respond to that email. Through app of you click on the option not resolved, it just closes the ticket automatically. You can't make a call unless you have an active order. I placed another order and called them after 2 weeks and still the response is system is not allowing them to refund. I have spoken to my lawyer and is raising a complaint in court.
