I've been asking for help on issue that occured on my trip. But to my surprise they have not replied from past one day to my emails and query on the uber app.
I have notified them twice and thrive but got no reply.
About two months before i requested them for a issue, that time also the executives at the help support team went on sending me the auto messages again and again. I continued requesting them to read my reply but they never paid attention.
The same thing they are doing now, they asked for a screenshot i gave it. They are again and again asking the same thing.
I have attached the images of both the email and the app.
Dipanshi, sk malviya, abhay, sunita they are all replying the same thing without even reading my request. They all think that the users can't do anything because the users doesn't have a customer care number and the executive on the emails are not even replyiing. To whom we will seek for help.
