Uber India — high fare charged again

This happened on 20th april also. Again the same thing happened. When i booked the cab i was shown a fare of rs.165 but charged rs. 320. Please ask these uber people not to cheat their customers. That day the reason they gave was that gps was not follwed. But that was not the case. The route taken today also was the same as everyday and the driver followed the gps route only. I don't understand what is their problem with me or they do that with all the customers. Why do they offer passses or discounts if they can not keep their words.

Since last week I am getting cars in pathetic condition. It is so stuffy in the car that it is difficult to breathe.The AC hardly works and some drivers literally stink.pls help.its getting intolerable. Often I book it just before moving so don't have enough time to cancel and book new one.Anyway most of the cars are coming like that.
