Uber India — Horrible, Scary and Unsafe trip with Uber India

I am Shivangee. I am registered with Uber with my personal phone number and not my email id.
I had a trip from Gandhipuram Tamilnadu to Podanur Railway Station Tamilnadu with uber. The driver first was standing at a particular location and was not moving when I called him he was telling me that I am dropping customer there was no such indication on app. He was actually wasting our time because i had told him to hurry because we had to board a train to Bangalore. I was giving him uber call so he messaged his personal number on uber app so that i should contact him on his phone and not on uber app. Since I did not call him on his personal number he was not picking my uber call and was hanging it so many times. He finally picked up and asked me to come to his location. When I reached he asked me for 50 rs for waiting(this was his first intention for taking up extra money when he was not moving his car) and secondly he asked 100rs more on the fare and said the current charge given by uber is 5 years back and uber has not updated the same. He started the car after arguing and started sending voice messages on whatsapp to someone in Tamil language(which was unknown to me since I was a tourist). I could only figure out that his voice note was all about picking up and dropping us to different location than expected. Than he started driving in opposite direction and was hiding his phone. I was tracking the route so I asked him why are you doing so he told he is taking me from shortcut and he told the google map is wrong.
I call uber safety and discussed all this to them. The driver got angry and he started driving rashly and he stopped and threw us out of the cab and told to find other he was not even speaking uber customer executive. He was so angry that he could have hit me but since I was on call he could not do anything. He just held his head and started getting angry. We dropped the trip in between. And we were saved.

He had a big plan of raping me since we were three girls in the car or theft or something serious. Since he was continuously on phone and not concentrating on trip and taking me in wrong direction.

I compliant the same to uber but it seems uber has not taken any action on the driver they instead charged me. My question uber is why did they still didn’t take any action on my on the spot complaint? Are they waiting for some terrible cases to happen because of this driver?

I am dropping my email for contact. So that I can share further proofs to this incident.
