Uber India — I am charged cancellation fee even though I didn't cancel the ride. the drivers did.

I am a senior, and really tired after travel. I am trying to find ways and means to complain how uber has charged me cancellation fee when the drivers cancelled the trip. Not i. I nearly missed my out bound train from dadar because of the negligence on part of the driver and uber company. Please revert back. I have all the mobile and nos that refused to drive me to dadar.
