Uber India — I am complaining about the driver

Cab no WB O4F 8325 - Driver ( Tapan Saha) claimed to be the Uber driver has hit my car and also misbehaved in the middle of the road with me and my husband in kolkata . I only want to confirm before taking a legal action, if this car belongs to Uber. If this car belongs to Uber then I want uber to take some strict action about it because the driver is spoiling the brand name .

Updated by Sudeshna Chakraborty Dey Kindly update me at the earliest as I have already sent a mail to the uber higher authority yesterday .
This incident took place yesterday in kolkata near apolo hospital .
