Uber India — I am complaining about uber fare issue

I booked uber on 17th november 2016. Uber fare shows rs 60. When the trip ends it shows rs. 330. I had to pay the amount (Rs. 330). The driver said that original bill was rs. 60 however it shows 330. He has no clues. Informed uber the whole matter, but as they mentioned they are clueless. They are still trying to resolve, which is still pending.
When without any reason they charged extra, then without any delay they should refund the money.
Please note, before also i have faced the same problem from uber. Don't understand how can they do mistakes randomly.
Dear uber team, we are not fools. Either you refund my money else will take legal action against you.
