I had raised many concerns with uber support team and all in vain., i am not sure if there is anyone who really cares and is responsible to hear customer query and support it accordingly.
This is regarding my 5 rides when i was in noida-delhi - india.
On 27th august 2018 at 8:55 am - i did not received my invoice copy yet
On 27th august 2018 at 5:11 pm - i did not received my invoice copy yet
On 27th august 2018 at 6:03 pm - received wrong invoice copy
On 19th august 2018 at 3:08 pm - i was unable to use my amex card
On 23rd august 2018 at 5:30 pm - i was unable to use my amex card
Immediately i raised my concerns with uber team about my issues, and still what i can say uber is unable to fix my issue. And my tickets are closing without proper updates, but what i felt surprising here is that the support team and the management are so irresponsible, incapable, team managing this whole issue, every time when i get a call from team, they tried to miss guide you or gives false information or tries to fool you. I am not sure is this really uber management team committed to? Or can i ever will get the solution to issues? Was this information helpful? |
