On saturady 14 september i got an intercity trip to chandigarh from my native delhi, after dropping passenger there i found some insue in going online then i called customer care, explained everthing to him. He advised me to wait for 24 to 48 working hours. That's ok. I returned my home without any further booking. On the next day i got to know that my carriage permit had expired so i thought that was the reason of my problem and i renewed my permit and sumitted in your uber application after successfully acceptence of my permit. I was still unable to go online then i called the customer care again. They suggest me the same to wait for 24 -48 hours without any update of my previous complaint or issue. Sir i'm cab driver. You can check my one year record with uber. I drive with uber honestly but still i am facing such issues. I have only uber to drive, my earning stopped i have lots of problem to face. I have given complaint to my bank as well but no one is ready to help with the issue.
