I booked my trip and fare estimate was given as 40 on ubergo for 2 members to nampally exhibition ground from nice hospital masabtank but the driver took 99Rs.He said to make a complain to uber to get back the additional amount i would like to know the reason for talking the additional extra amount and hope i will get my cash back and try not repeat these to loss ur reputation as we often use uber please make us comfortable with our service.

I'm unable to access the uber app as it says I haven't paid a certain amount to the uber driver . Whereas I had already paid on the spot but the driver couldn't update it in his phone dude to internet issues . I request you to look into the matter so that I can start accessing the app and I won't face a problem hence forth to book an uber .
