Uber India — I dont request for the cab, however i am receiving receipts of travel.!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is in regards with UBER service.
I have logged in with business account, however i never travel with it.
I do not request for the cab, then how can you sent me receipts of travel. this is the reason i have uninstalled your app as well.!!!
Request you to kindly take the corrective action else i would like to make a major escalation for this..!!!

From my phone the uber conection has been disconnected so pleas e solve my problem so that i can continue the uber services please actully ihave been try and i have installed 2 times so that i cant resolve the problem so u the plese try to helpto sove theproblem.
