Uber India — i had to pay for an incomplete uber trip while being kicked out of the cab by a rude # driver and haven't received my refund.

At 11:15pm my uber ride picked me up from sakinaka sj studios, and was supposed to drop me off to pali market in bandra west. Both locations showed up correctly on my uber app which was opened while getting into the cab. The driver then began the trip following the directions from his phone but took a couple of wrong turns only to be circling around the same area in ghatkopar for 30minutes. Finally i got fed up and told him to take me back to the pickup location so that i could direct him properly. He started to get angry with me and yelled at me. He accused me of wasting his time and stopped the cab in the middle of nowhere forcing me to get out and refusing to take me to either the pick up or drop off location. He insisted that i was too busy on the phone to care and insisted that i pay him for this wild goose chase. I had no choice but to pay him the money. So far i have tried calling your so called costumer care to lodge a complaint but all uber off late seems to be good for is a wild goose chase. Absolutely no refund or email or even phone call from the costumer care. Thanks for nothing uber.
