I took trips with Uber and selected Gpay but at the end of the trip the app didn't support payment so I paid the drivers directly to their QR code and I have screenshots for both still later to make new bookings Uber app asked me to make payments so I had to make double payment on Mar 23rd. I logged tickets but they never got resolved and I never received my money back. There is no way to call you and explain all this but this is not fair I have all proofs that I made payments 2 times for the trip. Please help me get a refund.
