Uber India — I have complaint about cancellation charge of 55 rs ,that is not my fault I was waiting 30 min for cab after that cancelled ride

I have book ride from on date 09/08/18 Hind nager to Neera nursing home Mahanager Lucknow . at 18.48 min, at 19.23 min cancelled ride because .that cab did not reach on picup Location till 19.23 . I have made 3 call to Driver Anil Pal on his no[protected], he was saying i am finding place but as per GPS report his taxi was not movement . . After waiting around 25 min cancelled my ride . Please return my cancellation fee.
