Uber India — I missed my mobile in the uber cab | |||||
On July 24, I missed my mobile in the uber xl cab. From the same day, I have been contacting the driver and uber website. The driver always told to bring the mobile directly to my home whenever he came nearby my place. But now, it has been about a week, that he is refusing to admit that he is the same person. I know the driver's personal number, name and recognize the voice. Uber has facilitated to contact the driver directly, but what about the guarantee of returning product. The driver has been cheating me for months. I even know the name of the driver and he has been working in uber still. Is there any chance that I will get back my phone??? I haven't went for an ride on 2nd sept in delhi but uber is showing me this and is also charging 150 rupees for no reason.
