On 16th September I booked a ride and paid the fare amount in Cash to the Driver immediately after the Trip ended. The trip was cash trip also. But the entire fare is showing unpaid in Uber App.
Complained the same to Uber Help, but without solving the issue they are asking me to pay the fare once again. When I asked them in what basis they are asking me to pay the fare again, instead of asking the driver about the fact and close the issue immediately, they stop responding. Repeatedly asking me to pay the fare, which is completely unfair.
