Uber India — I paid for my trip in cash but it is still showing unpaid

I booked an uber bike at 11:06am from VIP Bazaar to Park Street Kolkata and I was charged Rs 71 and I paid in cash and after 30 mins for returning back when I opened my uber to a book another bike it reflected that my this ride is unpaid please look into this matter
