Uber India — I took a trip of Rs. 106/- on UBER and had to pay Rs. 170/- for some failure in net service during previous ride

This is to inform you that today in the morning I rode in UBER from Santoshpur to Tollygunge in the morning at 8am. The total bill was Rs. 106 but some arrrear appeared and the total I had to pay was excess of Rs. 99.70/- which was actually a bill of 02.04.2017 Sunday. On Sunday I travelled from Golpark to Santoshpur and a fare of Rs. 99.70/- was charged. However at that time somehow the net of the DRIVER SHRI ARVIND KUMAR WAS NOT WORKING and he could not END MY TRIP. He requested me to pay the estimated fare. and I paid Rs. 100/- to him. Some how he later also did not register the fare I gave him and kept the money himself.
Today, on 05.04.2017, when I took my ride on UBER the arrear of Rs. 99.70 showed and I had to pay the same amount again to ASHESWAR, today's UBER DRIVER.
Being a valued customer I claim the excess of Rs. 99.70/- I have already paid. Now UBER has to show their part of HONESTY and INTEGRITY.
