Uber India — I was charged for a trip I did not make

I called a cab to interface 7 (Malad west) on the 30th of may at around 3:43 pm to drop me to ashok nagar in marol andheri east. I inserted my card details to make the payment. The app showed the car would arrive in 7 minutes. I waited, the car never came, neither did the driver call me to inform me if we reached, suddenly the app shows that my trip has started, when i was still in office waiting for the car. The driver`s name is jagadeesh gaddikeri, i dont know who he picked up and dropped. After informing uber about their mistake, they have denied to help me outright. They charged 99 rupees from me & are asking me to pay more 99 rupees. The customer care o[censored]ber has replied that i have taken the trip, i took a rickshaw instead, since this car did not arrive at all. This is how uber cheats u when u pay in advance or link ur card to their account. Their customer care is so rude that they wont even address such a normal issue. Their app has flawed & they are making me pay 200 rupees for their mistake. Not done at all
