Uber India — I was charged for the ride that I didn't take

On 4 june 2023 at around 7.30 am i booked uber ride from my home to old delhi railway station. He came and we started seating in his car then suddenly noticed that his tyre was flattened. I ask him if it is puncture then i can arrange another vehicle for me but he said that his tyre is fine and just need air refill. Then on the way after around 500 meters we stoped on a petrol pump. The man said that this tyre is puncture and can not be filled with air. So the car driver asked us to book another vehicle. We tried but no one was going to railway station, then he droped us at our home. Due to this we were already so late that we missed the train when we reached there by our own car.

After returning to home i found out that i was charged for the trip with waite time charges too. I complained on their customer care and they returned only 4 rupees insteed of 125. Now they are not responding.

There is no order number in the trip details.
