I called for uber in mumbai airport and was canceled (By the driver) twice at around 11.30pm (India time) on 13 october 2018. For the second trip that’s canceled, i got charged for the trip that’s not supposed to be mine. That trip was showing from one place called bazaar to airport. I think maybe this is the driver’s original trip, but in the end i got charged.
Tried complaining to uber in the app but the customer service did not care at all. Was this information helpful? |
