Uber India — I was not picked up

I booked a cab at around 12:45 pm. The driver called me at 1:07 pm asking where i need to go. It was 5 minutes away from my pick up location. His phone number is [protected]. As soon as i mentioned my location, he turned the opposite direction. I was tracking him on uber. Now he was 25 minutes away from my location. So i called him to ask him where he was. This is 1:31 pm when i called. He said hes right around the corner. When i called him after 5 minutes, his phone was switched off and was further away from the location. I'm such cases, what do you expect the customer to do? So, i cancelled this pick up and i was charged rs 47 for no mistake of mine. Why? I'm very upset with this today. Lot of my time was wasted because of this. Please look into this and get back to me.
