Uber India — in respect of driver mr sameeulla car no ka 03ad 0336.

Yesterday, the 4th oct 2018, booked a uber cab at 10.45am from kalyana nagar to infantry road. After confirming the gps showed that the vehicle would arrive in 7 minutes and the vehicle was located at a point. After waiting for 5 to 6 minutes, i found that the vehicle was not moving from the point. Called the driver on no [protected], indicated on my cell phone, to know whether he is interested in coming or not. He did not respond for all the three calls. After waiting for some time, i found the vehicle was at the same point.
I cancelled the booking. Surprisingly with in a second of cancellation the driver called me from a different number.
This is clandestine way of refusing a booking by a driver, to avoid the cancellation charges.
Since, i wasted my time waiting for unwilling driver, the cancellation charges has to be recovered from the driver only. Pl note, i will not pay the cancellation charge, if it is included in the next booking.
