Uber India — inappropriate behavior of area manager

Our area manager named 'akshay bhati ' is not responding us properly neither attending calls, always be in frustrated mood and can't talk in proper way. I think this is not the way to behave with is, a business provides company a proper gate way. I request uber team plz provide us new executive.
As soon as possible. I think my words will treated seriously by uber team...
