Uber charged a cancellation fees on my ride which was not taken. I had cancelled the ride since the cab was showing more than 30 minutes to arrive at my destination. I waited for more than 5 minutes thinking cab will arrive shortly but it didn't. When i called the driver he said it will take more time since he is stuck in traffic. I contacted uber customer care multiple times but those shameless guys didn't help me. They harassed me through emails as i was a women. They were poking fun of me which i could make it out. This happened on 24th evening november 2017. My name is smitha b with email id [protected]@gmail.com.
I will not rest and will put all the conversations i had with uber customer care people on the social media and if it doesn't sort out i will file case in consumer court and make uber pay for the crimes they have committed.
