Uber India — incorrectly charging me for cancellation

On 14th july, around 10:30pm,
I booked a uber cab from noida, dlf mall of india to lakshminagar, delhi for my colleague.
After 5 minutes, a driver named manjeet came to my location and asked about my booking details and picked her up and take her to drop location.

Then after 6-7 minutes, while she was journeying, i got another call from a uber driver named rakesh, that he is at the pick up location and ready to start journey.

I told him that i already got a cab and i already started my journey with driver manjeet.
After that he cancelled the trip and uber charged me rs.63/- for cancelling the trip.

I didn't get any email for the receipt of my trip. Even the trip is not showing in trip details, only the cancellation details are showing.

Now how is it possible for me to journey with two drivers simultaneously?
And, how is it possible for two drivers to pick up the same booking?
Why didn't they send me receipt of the trip.

As this was the official trip, i cant even submit the reciept in the office.
