Uber India — Inefficient mgmt o[censored]ber call center | |||||
Uber cab ride was buked around 7.14 pm or so on 1st june 2017. The driver came. We drove abot 2kms. His ride got cancelled from call center. V were in a hurry to reach our destination and had no other alternative but to get down and take a different ride. The driver was gud. But the call center guy spoke absurdly. Instead of providing solution he kept us engagee in a meaning less conversation. Asked us to write email. But is this the way to provide service. Luckily we were a couple. If its a lady alone, how to manage wth luggage and no other help in middle of road wth no power on streets? What if our flight tuk off Was this information helpful? | |||||
