I did the booking and driver himself told me to cancelle dthe trip as he refused to come. ([protected]) cancellation was from his side but i have to pay for it. Again i did booking and then again booking was cancelled from drivers side but i have to pay for that. Also driver disconnect the call in between ([protected]). Both the times cancellation was from company side and i have to pay for that. Ai gpot late for my office. Not at all satisfied from the service as i have to face inconvience from your side both the times. U need to told your drivers how to behave with the customers.
