I commute to office via electronics city flyover, and have complained about this lack of transparency in the bills leading to confusion between driver and rider. Uber support is pathetic. They write back any irrelevant response about payment mode being card; and on following up they copy-paste the same answer. Is this how they have been trained to address queries they don't have an answer for, just for the sake of closing their tickets on time? It's easy to shut your eyes and ignore issues in your system, but i had way too much respect for uber on the technology front to have such an idiotic and image-ruining support staff. I seriously hope they do more monitoring on how tickets are closed and take these laggards to task.
