Uber India — lack of driver's knowledge paid extra payment

For my yesterday's trip with uber i paid twice to the driver by cash as well as it was cut from my credit. Fare was shown on driver's screen 0.00 rs. But he didn't get why it showing 0 rs. So he simply asked me to pay by cash 277 rs. Where it was already cut from my credit but due to network issue i didn't get notifications of payment cut. Later when i realised it was also cut from my credit i asked driver to return my cash but he simply refused and told me to call customer care. But customer care also saying they are helpless for refunding my amount.
