Uber India — last moment trip cancelled without my knowledge and charged

I booked a trip on the uber app and it showed a arrival time of 1128am for my pick up point. There after i got a message saying driver has arrived and i called the driver who disconnected my phone. I called him again and he said my trip is cancelled. When i told the driver i am going to complain, he tells me do what you want. I did not cancel the trip nor was i late. Then i see a pending charge of rs.47.25. Not only did i get delayed for an important meeting, why should i pay. Driver - manoj kumar - wagon r car no. Mh47 8627
