Uber India — late arrival and rude behaviour of driver

i m regular customer o[censored]ber and found service pretty good. But today the driver arrived very late due to which i had to suffer my personal loss. Upon calling, his behaviour was unacceptable and made derogatory remarks.Plz ensure that drivers of your company behaves in a manner that do not offend anyone.Otherwise company will ruin its image just beacuse of such nonsense drivers.
