Uber India — Lost wallet in Uber Cab, Uber/Driver not helping

We forgot our wallet in Uber Mumbai Cab, MH02CR7684.
Driver's name Narendra Singh, contact number [protected].
Driver not picking our phone even though we must have called him 50+ times, we are also not getting any support from Uber India though registered complaint on their website against the trip.
We have our important documents in the wallet like PAN card and RC book.
Need help.
