Uber India — Misbehave | |||
I had booked a cab today from my location to powai and it was booked for two... The another pick was at few minutes away distance from where i pick my colleague, it's been never an issue until today where i the driver refused to pick the other person from that location and told me that the other person has to be from same location where i booked my cab. Not knowing this set of rule as i always been booking the cab same way and never encountered such problem. When i tried to find the customer care number to resolve the matter as the driver refused to move his care, i could not find the customer care number at all. Driver then called the customer care which seems they are only allowed to, i was then routed to the customer care agent names as trisha. And oh my god what uncultured and arrogant lady she is, she doesn't have the manners to speak with customer and yelling at me saying that i may traveling for the first time and don't know the rules and that she doesn't want to talk to customer like me... This is so stupid. Is this the level of customer service we provide. I am further more worried for any female passengers traveling in uber as there is no midum to connect in case of any concern or issue... I am still working on my best to identify the top most escalation level both nationally and internationally and flag this matter...
