I booked a cab today at around 12:40pm, for my mother and 3 year old daughter and a maid. Upon calling the driver he asked them to walk 400mtrs to another place. When i refused because my mother will not be able to walk that distance with the child, he very rudely said that why i cant walk this small distance.
He did not go to the location as instructed and chose to park himself anothet 100 mtrs or so away from the school. I informed my mother to go there and board the cab as i did not want any further argument, and then this driver started arguing and misbehaving as to how i booked a pool when there are 3 people.
Uber, this is not the first time i have booked a pool car from the school. I do not understand why such people are allowed to ply vehicles when they are not customer centric. Initially i tried speaking rationally to thid guy and then i too lost my cool. He says if required he will drag my family out of his car. How dare he?. This is not what i expect out of your company, and being such an old customer i expect something being done about his behavior. Was this information helpful? |
