Uber India — money debited from account inspite of no uber auto arriving for pick-up

Thia has happened 2 days in a row - 16th & 17th oct 2018. I had booked an uber auto from marol to chandivali which i do on a daily basis to my office. However on both the days (17th & 18 morning) the app showed as auto booked but after a few seconds the app showed as destination reached with the fare being deducted from my account.

Have tried complaining on the uber app and on their twitter account however, there is no response.

A rider named Ashosk Kumar of vehicle number last 8641 blue TVS sports .he passed the more time through my ride for more money through my ride .really very bad experience .I didn't expected this from highly known company Uber .
