They deactivated my account without any proper explanation. I tried to contact them but their answers are not satisfactory. I have registered one complaint in consumer forum as well.
Two months back I was able to book a ride from the same app and same phone. Now I am unable to log in as well.
The error message quotes " Your account is deactivated " !
When I contacted the company regarding the same, they did not answered with proper explanation. How this is supposed to work ? I had rides discounted coupons in the same account. Was this information helpful? |
