Uber India — My account has been reset/account details inaccessible

My account has been reset by uber and i cannot access my account. All my previous rides are not displaying. I had once raised a complaint regarding a driver who was drunk and driving. He did not raise his speed more than 30 and was very rude to us as well. I had raised a refund request also, after which the other day my account was reset because i had re-installed the app which did not show the previous ride history. However, i had used the same mobile number through which i had registered earlier. I beg you people, please help me in this regard and at least get me some compensation which i rightly deserve.
