Uber India — My DL misused by someone and now it's blocked

My no.[protected], my email id- [protected]@gmail.com,
Requested sir / madam my account has been blocked due duplicate ID which I have never created and it shows some taxi Id, how can it is possible to create on cab license?? Please I m requesting you to inquire about it and help me to drive back I hope I get back positive feedback!!!
