I kept getting error while booking uber suddenly and then i reached out to their help page. I was informed that my account is suspended due to some violation of their terms and conditions. After some follow ups they confirmed that ban is due to some issues that happened rarely and they clearly confirmed that ban is now lifted and i can use uber and even mentioned happy to see you soon in uber.
I was still unable to book cabs and was informed that ban is correct and i can't use uber. These guys have made me so frustrated, i don't understand how they confirm something in writing and later just ignores it.
