Uber India — No response on my complaints — wrongly charged for my uberpool trip on 12th june, 2017 | |||
I had post a complaint in the help section of the uber app on 12th june, 2017. I didn't get any response even after repeatedly messaging. My complaint was: Hi, I'd reported this issue in the app as well but didn't get any response. When i booked the uberpool ride the fare showed rs. 49. Then the driver went to pickup another person who eventually cancelled the trip after we reached his place and the driver called him. The while returning he got another passenger and then dropped me. My pickup and drop points were the same as at the time of booking the ride. I don't think it is my fault if the driver took a lengthy route to pickup other passengers or one of them cancelled. Why should i pay for all these? My time was wasted and you guys are even making me pay for it? Please look into the issue. My pickup and drop points are the same which i use almost everyday.
