Uber India — non-response after booking of car

I requested for your car in the morning today at about 7=45am. The car did not report. I could not establish contact with him.
Subsequently, i availed of a second car after re-booking. I was charged a cancellation charge of about rs. 47.00, which i had to pay due to no fault on my part. I did not cancel the first requisition. The car did not report.

Please check and do the needful.
