Uber India — not attending to customer complaint (charged 1853 against upfront fare of ~rs 100 only)

I have used UBER Go service from IFFCO Chowk, Gurgaon till Sector-5, Gurgaon on 17th July 17 at 10.07 PM and upfront fare was shown only around Rs 100. However driver forgot or intentionally (can’t comment) not ended my trip and went to Greater Noida & so.
Further, while making payment for booking next ride on 26th July (as payment is asked next booking through card on app), have observed incorrect billing of Rs 1852.55 (Trip started 10.07 PM, End Time- 7.05 PM, Total Trip time- 8 Hour 58 Minute)/ this wrong doing of driver. I still paid amount in belief that UBER will reverse excess charges once this matter/ wrong doing will come their notice.
Now it’s about more than a 2 week, I have raised complain about this on help section under “Someone else took this trip” on app, called IVR no.[protected], on web help and mail to UBER support at [protected]@uber.com with multiple reminder but no response at all (not even reverted).
Please help for corrective action.
