Uber India — not getting receipt of my trip

I took the ride on uber dated 9march 2018*from noida. After my is over i paid the amount to driver expecting receipt will be available on there app. But on uber app trip receip is not available. It's showing error in this trip receip. Fate of mailing uber for this recipet from 20 days. Still not able to provide me my trip receipt.
I need my trip receipt or refund my money in case they are not able to provide my trip receipt.

Updated by pankaj agarwal Still no response from Uber. Worst service.. Never going to use it in future better to go for other taxi services.
