Uber India — Not giving promised discount and coupons

I Kanwarjit Singh, Mobile number [protected]. I regularly use Uber cab. I recently refer a friend for getting 3 free rides. His number is [protected]. But he also couldn't get free ride. Even I refer another Mobile number of mine (Reliance jio [protected]). I got coupon on that number even i get messages also. But i could not book ride through my Reliance jio number. Always there is shown that mobile number not working.

While booking the UberGo, it has shown a fare of Rs. 49.54 but after arriving there following the route chosen by driver without any of my interference, It showed a bill amount of Rs. 80.54 and I had to pay that. It happened with me on 8/3/2017 at 15:31 at Kolkata.
