Uber India — order cancel refund issue

I had ordered food from ubereats with order number #68d8e for the amount of 1872.20, after waiting for 45min they canceled the order without a reason. Then i tried to find a customer care number online to find out the reason behind the cancellation but the number was not at all available in google nor in uber site. Then some known person gave me customer care number saying their friend is working in ubereats. Then i was able to reach customer care using this number [protected]. Customer care executive answered me saying that the order has been canceled by the restaurant people and not to worry the amount will be credited back to my account in 6-7 working days. After the call, they sent a false email saying that the delivery boy was not able to reach, so order canceled without refund. So i had to call customer care again why they have sent this kind of email when no one tried to reach me. They said not to worry about a mail and the amount will be credited. After waiting for 2-week with no sign of the amount credited in the account, i called again to customer care to ask about the issue. They said they have some technical issue so instead of crediting to account they have credited it to uber wallet. Then when i tried to order the food from some restaurant for the amount of 1000rs with uber credit 1872rs., the app is not allowing me to place an order. It is also not allowing me to use my debit card also. So i had to call the customer care again to ask about the issue. They are answering it saying i have to use cash on the payment method to place order, which should not be more than 700rs. But my question is when i have 1872rs in my credit why should i make order only below 700rs.in this case, i have to do multiple order to use my complete use of my credit amount. But here again, the issue is i cannot do multiple order unless the first order is complete. If i have to do multiple order for every order why i have to pay the nearly 100rs delivery charge from my pocket? This is fraud from uber for making the customer to spend extra money from this pocket. We need justice for this issue.

My trip dated 30th June 2019 at 3:45 pm to Connaught Place. Fare was Rs.172.65. I paid cash to the Driver Jubair. UberGo Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire.

However, it is now showing as outstanding payment and does not allow me to book any more trips. This needs to be looked into on priority!
