I completed a trip on the 18th of January, 2023. I had to pay the amount online, which the driver also knew. He accepted the ride and reached the location. On reaching, he refused to accept the online payment. My payment was already set to be done online, but he was adamant on being paid in cash. I had to pay him in cash. When I open the Uber app, it still shows me an outstanding payment of 72 rupees. I am not able to book any ride. Highly disappointed. Please look into the matter at the earliest.
