I travelled from Kandivali west to marine lines on 18th April at around 8:20 am. When I booked the ride it was showing fare from 500 - 700, so I booked it assuming the highest amount I might have to pay would be 700.
When we reached the destination driver (Mr Khwaja) very humble and nice driver, informed us to pay Rs 1285/-. Obviously we refused to pay that amount as it was double the amount I was shown while booking the cab. He called up customer care and they said that we have to pay the amount and later they will refund it. We were not ready for the same, so I paid the driver Rs 700/- that was the highest showing me while booking it. I am writing this complaint not only because I was over charged but also to say that in this entire scenario driver had to unnecessarily bear the loss.
I am requesting you to please pay the remaining amount to the driver and clear my account from the balance it’s showing as I have paid the highest amount showed to me.
Me and my family are your regular passengers so I will request you to please sort this out ASAP as otherwise I won’t be able to book further cabs. Was this information helpful? |
